    back problems, need solutions please.

threw my lower back out about 1 month ago. I know i didnt it squatting or deadlifting, and i know i need to work on my form.
I have been working out through the pain but its really taking a toll on my workouts, theyre not as intense. Any suggestions on some exercises i can do to rehab my pack.
or any medication, such as creams, pain relievers etc? Thanks.

You really shouldn't be lifting while you have pain in your back, period. You need to give your muscles some time to rest. My suggestion would be an ibuprofen or two and some light stretching.

I used to have lower back issues and I was able to resolve it through stretching out my hamstrings so maybe you wanna try to do some hamstring stretches alongside some lower back stretches. We have a bunch of good stretches here on BB you should check them out

If it's not getting better by itself, go to a physio.
