That Day's Workout Vlog
Full Day of Eating from Tuesday
SO, as you guys can see, training went a little off on a tangent...let me tell you why. Well, plain and simple, after the fifth rep, I knew I had 8 in me, which is a HUGE PR!!! I am so friggin' proud of myself for hitting that. Also, the 225x5 was paused for squats and I even threw some front squats into the mix (as you can see in the video.) I'm very excited for tomorrow's deadlift session...I'm going for three heavy triples for my main sets.Myprotein's Official Bodybuilding.com Representative ✔

Training:
Wow, I JUST realized that the training changed each week. Although I'm borderline embarrassed, I will say that I did enjoy doing the MT Week 1 workouts for...5 weeks, lol. For this day I just did my own thing because I am so out of whack with noticing this mid-week. Next week I'll start up week 7 to be on point with the schedule.
Mwahahahahaha
I need more calories, period. I'm adding 50 carbs in on Monday and if my weight doesn't move then I'm going with 50 more the following Monday.Myprotein's Official Bodybuilding.com Representative ✔

295x1
315x1
335x2
315x3x3

Got a pretty sweet package the other day too Welcome, Iso-Zero!
Started construction again, so expect even more calories to come into play. My expenditure is through the roof. I know my squats were absurd but my energy levels were so high...I had to take advantage.Myprotein's Official Bodybuilding.com Representative ✔

one day at the shore=me changing color...completely.
and for the road, here is a grub pic along with a video of...it being made
Strength has still been continuously on the rise. Since doing my own programming, I hit a 335 double for squat and got the 105s on incline DB at Atilis. Weight is starting to go up since I bumped my macros (70/460/230) and will likely be going up again soon. Deadlifts tomorrow should go very well and I WILL have footage of them. Stay tuned!Myprotein's Official Bodybuilding.com Representative ✔

Notable changes over the past week
1. Deadlifts, although not climbing as far as 1RMs go, are getting easier. Singles in general...455 has been coming up as fast as 405 used to. It's more mental leading up to the pull, for I feel (in my mind) as if 455 isn't as heavy as I used to think, but the strength is surely climbing.
2. My flat bench is not making much improvement, but that's my own fault because I don't do it often. However, my most utilized press, the incline DB, has increased significantly from 80s for sets of 8 to 85s for sets of 10-12.
3. My most important goal (although not mentioned, but in my head, bar none the biggest accomplishment) so far in this log is my 315x8, and 315 5x5+ squat. I wanted this sooooo bad..and got it!
Still eating big, recomping/gaining slowly and lifting hard. Construction has taken so much time from me that it has been hard to get on the forums. I'm still here.Myprotein's Official Bodybuilding.com Representative ✔
