Yes, this. A lot.
My work with construction kicked my ass so badly that I found myself barely able to train. My deadlift has completely disappeared, literally; my bench didn't move and my squat...lack-luster.
I was wasting my time even attempting to get benefits from CM, and due to a lack of time as well as just pure laziness, never contacted MT to aware them of the issue.
I still have two full bottles, sealed, and as long as it is okay with MT, plan on logging them now that I am DONE labor and away at school. I was able to reap that benefits of the first bottle before starting manual labor, where I was able to build my squat to a 3x8+ at 315, a very solid PR (which has since been impossible for me to hit again.)
I hate to even make this post because quite frankly, I feel like a total scumbag. I don't want people, especially MT, to think I just wanted some free stuff without delivering. I'm sure everyone would agree that I am someone who always delivers and [at least tries to be] a high quality guy.
I apologize to MT for staying quiet and not even doing what was asked of me, but with that said, I am more than willing to run these two bottles into the school year.
For final evidence of my inability to produce, I left for school at 179 pounds eating 3,800..yes, 3,800 calories, a day. Go look at my starting weight and consistent weigh-ins...then you'll understand what I mean by "unable to train."
MT reps, please respond, preferably by PM. Everything is okay, I just straight up failed to step up to the plate here...and am not proud of it.Myprotein's Official Bodybuilding.com Representative ✔

Still here, still here! had my first round of quizzes (already) this week so I have been buried in the books. Did well though
So, Tuesday and today were back days. I've been splitting it up into a more hypertrophy-geared thickness and width day on Tuesday, with high volume rows and pulldowns with very little trap work and deads. Then, today was much more strength-geared, including a 425 double and 3 405 singles followed by beltless sets at 315 and then heavy shrugs. I finish with some very high rep width work, such as straight arm push-downs and close grip pulldowns. Also, both days include bicep work.
Wednesday was all about the squat--front and back. I hit a 275 1RM on front squats and went on to hit 315x5 after that. Then I did some 225 paused work without the belt. I've also been incorporating closed-stance leg press with relatively light weight and no lock out for constant tension. My pants are having a hard time coming up since starting...if you know what I mean.
Finally, Thursday's chest workout was very remnant of Monday's post, but instead of flat DB I did flat BB and worked up to 215x5 AFTER doing the incredibly high volume incline DB work.
Cliffs:
425x2, 405x1x3 Deads
315x5 Back, 275x1 Front Squat
215x5 (second exercise) flat bench
I like the style of this log because I am going to consistently document my strength training as well as notable increases in size while running CM. Pretty damn sure it's going to make a hugh difference, too.Myprotein's Official Bodybuilding.com Representative ✔
