I'v used different threads on internet to calculate my calorie maintenance level, but all of the pages shows different numbers....
My current stats is: Height: 6'0, Weight: 183 ibs, age: 17
Could someone please help me??

So take one of the numbers and experiment with it.
Sit at a number for 2 weeks, weigh yourself daily an average your weeks weight at the end of the week, if you're average weight hasn't changed you've found your maintenance. If your weight goes up or down adjust caloric intake accordingly.
If you're new to tracking macros and eating big give a week or two leeway for extra glycogen/water retention
80+% of the population will fit into "Maintenance Calories = (LB x 10) x E" E is 1.3-2.3 equal to energy expenditure. 1.3 being sedentary besides lifting and 2.3 would be like a heavy labour job + lifting

Okey thanks, but i'v been in a deficit, but i think I lose too much weight all too fast, can i increase my calories so that i'm still inn a deficit and lose fat?
i wont gain weight if I increase, as long as im in deficit?
