4:00am - Wake up alarm
4-4:45am - Eat light pre-workout meal and get ready
4:45-5am - Drive to gym
5am-8ish - gym
8-8:30ish - drive home
8:30 - big breakfast/post workout meal
then eat every 2-3 hours all day (i work from home)
