hope your wife knows that you're gonna be hard to replace, better step her game up yo.
Ummm, well idk know. Keep training hard and do another meet in March and be a little bit more prepared.
Start on cell tech, haha,.
yeah I was surprised at the whole situation, but hey, when you're a big fish in a small pond you tend to act like you're better than everyone.
Yeah let's hope future meets are better, I'm sure they will be, I knew a few people there and made some new friends so hopefully I'll see them around again.

Well I'm not sure anybody is still subbed to this anymore but...
Over the past few months my life has taken quite a turn and i needed some time to adjust and come to terms with things. Needed time to re-evaluate a lot in my life and find myself once again.
Ive been maintaining my lifts, although my bench has gone up about 20 lbs overall.I started this year at about 265lbs and I am currently down to 255 and Im shooting for 240lbs over the next few months. If I am able to keep most of my muscle mass, at 240lbs I should be around 10-11% bodyfat and that is what I am shooting for.
I'll start logging all of my workouts starting next week as well as trying to keep a food log as well.**** TwinlabFuel Representative ****

I have added some size and have lost about 5lbs of fat in the past 3 weeks. Keeping up with food intake and making sure I have what I need daily is quite a chore, but it will be worth it in the end.Last edited by metalmullisha; 02-09-2015 at 06:05 PM.
