i think you are selling yourself short. you definitely have more than that for tng-425 floor press, 405 cgbp and if i remember right 500+ reverse band. so that covers your lock out and coming off the chest; your chesticles will assist with the rest and your on your way to smashing 455 easily. don't forget to eat lots of corn first though
deads and rack pulls are impressive af but dat barbell row is supah strong ninja225OHP/315B/420S/505D
