I like my red meats almost still mooing. Even when it's hamburger meat(except super cheap stuff). I even mix whatever side I'm having in the excess blood. I don't know what it is, but imo the blood tastes good.
Any of you other heavy meat eaters like your red meat bloody?

Nope, I like my food cooked just to be safe, lol. Seen too many articles and test results about dirty or tainted meat. A steak will be fine but anything that is tenderized or ground up by a large packing place, no thank you.

Porkchops, burgers, liver&onions medium/medium rare
Steak is RARE as you can get it, get some fries and use the blood like ketchup. "Yes, I've eaten it raw before" But I'll still eat it even if it's well done.

Beef, bison, venison - yes! Bear, pork and veal - no. Also fish, tuna for example is best raw, just like ocean-going salmon. River-caught salmon - no. Full of parasites. But then, back to steak, I like it almost blue rare. I also like rare ground beef patty, though it makes a murder scene on a plate.
