Thanks for watching it!!! I'm sure you'll know what you want to do soon... my goal was to see if i could achieve a 6-8% bodyfat and i was able to do exactly that =). Lately i've just been maintaining a 10-12% bf but plan to go back down to 6-8 and then begin a lean bulk! good luck with your progress!

I believe the clip where i am flexing after the pictures I was around 8% if not mistaken. I used body calipers and a body fat measurement device to check my bf% and i remember it saying like 7%-8%.... Sometimes these devices can be off but usually gives you an idea of where your at.
Anyways thanks for watching!!! appreciate it.. And lol about the form on my bench.... I always thought i was going low enough, until I saw that clip. Since then i have fixed it! Nevertheless thanks for the observation =)..

Thank you brah! I followed iifym (If it fits your macros). If you use the website and enter in your information (height, age , weight, ect.) its going to give you numbers to follow for your calories, carbs, protein, and fats per day. Follow that, and do cardio about 4-5 times a week. As far as what I ate... For proteins i had things like chicken, steak, fish, tuna, non-fat yogurt. For carbs; rice cakes, wheat bread, oatmeal, brown rice, sweet potatoes ect. For fats; peanut butter, almonds, cashews, avacado, guacamole. Along with those foods i also had fruits, and veggies. Generally 2 servings of fruit a day and 2-3 servings of veggies a day... Seems complicated at 1st but with time it becomes easier and you get use to it....
