Lettuce be real tea here, this not a "10 month transformation." OP has been lifting with football for 2-3 years and has numbers put up that make him well past novice numbers, which for his age is really really good.
I can believe he's natty because 75% of his "transformation" was done before the 10 months started / he had a reasonable base to start from. Actual noobs will spend their first year throwing around barbells and attempting to lift with form.
Good job, and keep it up.

Don't understand why everyone is trying to belittle OP's progress. Who cares what the time frame was or whether or not he's natural, its damn good progress. That is all that matters. The progress in and of itself should be inspirational, not what he did and how long it took him.

Hey I just met you. And this is crazy. But today is chest day. So spot me maybe?

Made an edit to the OP to avoid any further confusion. Basically ten months ago were the earliest pics I had and it happened to be a decent transformation from then to now IMO. No deception intended haha. And thanks for the compliments! Idk if a title change is possible tho I'm kinda new, but something like July 2013-May 2014 would help.

Nothing in specific, generally powerlifting. My pl'ing friend just started writing some stuff up for me for meet preparation. I've never truly completed any of the popular ones online tho but I've had some experience with the coan deadlift one, it was decent for the time I used it.
Only started structuring my workouts this year after coming back to lifting from football season but it's always been any from from 4-6 days a week.
