Does anyone have a full stretching and mobility routine that they would like to share? Idk what mobility workouts consist of or if they are made special for different circumstances or whatever, but if there is one more for someone who plays football, lots of sprinting and heavy lifting, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Well it really depends where are you tight, where are you flexible.Keep in mind that more mobile you get, the more stability you neeed.Anyways you can check Kelly Starrett's youtube chanel there are tons of good information you just need to find out what works for you.
I dont know you personaly, but general advice would be.
Improve hips, thoracic spine, wrists, shoulders mobility for your compound movements.
BTW you cn check limber 11 and agile 8 by joe defranco.It may something that you are looking for.
