Looking at older Body Solid Lat Pulldown/seated row machine (with about 6-7 accessories) and a body solid seated leg extension (appears to be an older version of GLCE-365) for $200.
Is that a decent deal for the two and all of the pulldown attachments?

I'd probably go for it if I was looking for a lat pulldown. Attachments will run you $10-15 used individually at a Play it Again Sports type place, so I'd grab them in a package on CL like you're thinking about. Lat pulldowns (the machine itself) have been going in my area for $100+, but often closer to $200, depending on brand and features. A cheaper/space saver option to do similar exercises if you have a rack already is the Spud Inc Econo Lat Pulley. EliteFTS has it for $57 for a couple more days. I don't know about the leg extension but since the newer model is $400+, I'd say it's worth it.

Did he say they were Yorks - hard to tell but they don't look like it to me - could just be the angle and lighting.
Assuming the roundheads are 15-45 - I can't see the whole deal being worth more than $100 - less since it isn't a Capps TPB, and I was being generous with $100 for the bench. And I am assuming the plates aren't vintage Yorks. Still even if they are I don't see $100 being a deal either.
You might want to check Spud's ebay page too, they have some different set ups for the Econo Lat Pulley that aren't readily available online.Boomer Rep Crew #1

They had it for $57 earlier in the week (Tuesday I think is when I ordered mine). Then later on Wednesday it went back up to $72. I had been thinking about grabbing a second one to do a cable crossover type thing but decided to wait because of the price hike. I'll have to check out their eBay pages for other options too.

is this a york curl bar? Seller says it is pre-1996 so it should be USA made, is that correct? Is $50 a decent price?

You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

it is a York, hard to tell the time for me. That said, it looks chromed and therefore I don't think it's much (if any) better than any other ez curl bar. You want to find an older York from the 80s or earlier that would be bare steel.
I think - might be off on my timelineBoomer Rep Crew #1

nothing to get your panties wet over, but not a terrible price for some starter gear in my area...
i think the dumbbells are the Costco-sold "ivanko" (re. Impex) dumbbells

Picked these up for free last night on craigslist. How much should I post them to eBay for?
I do not mind holding onto them for a while, so what is a reasonably-aggressive price to get for them? Seems like eBay is the best way to get the most views on them. Will post them to the CrossFit Forum Equipment section as well for sale. You know the crossfitters with money would love technique plates
Here is a link to the new ones which is $358 for a pair. But IMHO my older design looks superior to the newer design.

congrats on the free pickup, but how much money are you expecting for beat up 5kg technique plates that are cracking around the rim?

Cracked but functional, and new ones you pay shipping from Sweden so I would ask at least tree-fiddy.
