155 @ 5'7 19 male
I am trying to lose fat and if possible gain or atleast maintain my muscle. how many calories should I be consuming daily ? 2 active rest days in a week, 5 days lift but still do cardio after lifting (30min) typically burn 300 calories after lifting ( low intensity ) is 1600 enough? or should I go to 1900? or more then that?
