I've been doing a bunch of research and have figured out that blended proteins powders are the best type to drink PWO. I've been drinking Bodybuilding's Protogen and I'd like to try a different one. Do any of you have recommendations?

Whey-HD is a great blend to consider. All four flavors are top notch and the texture is out of this world
I have a tub of Protogen courtesy of Mike and BB.com that I'm looking forward toalienshave.com - Shave Smarter

First, I'm leaving for Brazil for the World Cup in June and i will be gone for month. During that month, i don't think i'll be working out to much other than walking and traveling. I'll be taking that time to "bulk", so that when i come back i can hopefully cut out all the bad fats i gained. Is this smart IYO?
Second, The reason why i have such low carbs in my diet is because i'm afraid that i'll bulk up while I'm trying to cut my weight down. I also made sure i had my protein covered(1.5g/lb)-1000cal and my fats covered as well(.5g/lb),770 and then i filled in the rest of my calories with carbs (~20% give or take)
2100=1000cal(protein)+770(fats)+330(carbs)
Any advice?

We do make a blend called Phase 8 that may interest you since you mentioned our new casein product. I'm using quite a bit of our new whey and isolate product currently.

I would recommend Phase 8 also. I was given a free 2.5lbs and it tasteas amazing. I am very picky when it comes to taste and have bought whey before that was not good and had to give it away. I like to be able to sip my shakes and enjoy the taste and not have to down it just to get rid of it. For me it is worth it to pay 10$ more for a 5lb tub if I can actually enjoy drinking it. And Phase 8 does that for me.
