Srs. Today my doctor said that I'm probably not growing in height anymore and I've only grown like an inch in the last few years. I'm a whopping 5'4" only being an inch taller than my mom and my dad is 5'8" or 5'9". I'd like to be 5'6" at the least but I think I'm gonna have to accept this cruel fate tmisc..

Is there hope? Hopefully my doc is wrong and I'll continue to grow into my 20's? Thisfeelsbad.

True man. I've been working on myself lately, trying to overcome SA

oh fuk was not aware of what SA was so I googled and first thing that came up said Sexaholics Anonymous and I was all like "Dayum brah!!!"

But then further research revealed it is social anxiety. don't really know those feels but lifting has given me more confidence personally in social situations. also alcohol

Kinda manlet here dude. Don't sweat it, it doesn't matter your height when you're in bed about to smash. Most tall people are noodles anyways(not saying all).
