Hey everyone, Im new to bodybuilding.com but not new to working out. 3 years ago I reached an all time low with my body and was disgusted with what I had done to myself. I went from being decently in shape to overweight and not even caring. That's when I took my before photo and realized I had to change. This wasn't the life I wanted to live and I wasn't happy with my life. After 3 years of hard long work and stints of dieting I finally got to a good point now and competed in my first mens natural physique show.
The show was the Stephanie Worsfold classic in London Ontario on May 3rd, 2014. I didn't place top 5 but I don't care! I wanted to dip my feet into the competing aspect of working out and see what it was like. To be honest I am actually more motivated after the show and plan to continue on to lower my bodyfat, build muscle and tighten everything up! I will continue to post in here and continue to become more active on the forums. I decided it was finally time to show some of my personal progress and to let everyone know how much of a life changer it has been

you just have to keep lifting and focussing on all areas of the body
the body just burns fat you can't choose where to burn it
