Sorry for delay once again...but work both jobs this weekend. Back workout was pretty good and can certainly feel the burn form Giant set and superset. I would love to have pics and vids, but my lovely wife accidentally spilled oil on my phone and camera doesnt work now. I'm getting new phone soon. 4D Pump did the job and VEIN continues to rock!

Pretty good day in the gym, much more motivated today than the past week. I've got a lot of stuff going on w/ work promotion (and possibly being relocated), hernia, etc. Anyway, enough of that. On a sad note, only a couple days left of log as i am just about out of product . thanks for the support and lets finish strong. hoping to get new phone either tomorrow or Tuesday so i can post a couple more pics and vids...we'll see. Yeah, i hear ya. I'm going under July 14th...not happy at all. Will be the longest I'll ever have been out of the gym since i started over 17 years ago

Overall good workout. Sorry for delay in log, but the heat has been brutal and it takes a few weeks for me to acclimate. On a sad note, only one more day left. I will be finishing off the log with Back/Bi's. I have already done my review for VEIN (posted above), and will be doing 4DPump most likely this weekend.

Ok....very good workout. Am getting up before work again to workout due to the heat draining all my energy and being to tired to go after work. I really like working out early anyway, seems I have better results and sets the tone for the rest of the day. This will conclude the log other than the 4DPump review coming up this weekend. Overall a VERY nice combo! The 4D Pump was a quality PWO and certainly did its job. VEIN? Well...this stuff should be illegal... Haha. Absolutely loved the VEIN and will be getting some more soon. Both the Flavors were very good as well and different than the normal "fruit punch" etc. I'd recommend this stack to my friends, etc in a heart beat! Thx again FUGE!!!
