well, first off, you need some weights. seriously, bodyweight only takes you so far. anywho, do push ups on your fingers. like your clawing at the ground. this hurt like hell at first. i cant even explain why this works though, but it does.
also, pull ups and chins, grip as tight as humanly possible.

You know, the one good thing about this is that with tiny twinks avoiding the squat rack, their glutes won't be large or tight which makes access much easier.
Seriously, grab some bloody dumbbells and do wrist curls. This is how you build wrist.
Isometrics suck. They don't have numbers. You have no way to track gains day to day. Seriously, how the hell will you know how much harder you're squeezing 2 weeks later?
As for how to do wrist-isometrics, you just try and force the hand back and forth and resist, that's all.

Ok, first off, the meaning of bodybuilding is to "build". The only way you will do that is to lift or shift weight in some way. You can't build using bodyweight because you're bodty parts are used to it due to moving, walking, sitting up etc. To add stress you need to shift weight its not used to. No matter how you look at it, bodybuilding is weight lifting, wether it be plates, tires or cows.

ill agree farmers have functional strength, but are they hugely muscular, ripped and proportionate?
of course not, its not their aim. it goes both ways.
as posted above, the only time weights, or weight training in general, is unsafe, is when people don't know what theyre doing and let their ego come in the way. in fact, the only time i ever hurt my lower back was when i COUGHED (yes, coughed) and never with weights.
you also wrote "not everyone has a gym membership or has hundreds upon thousands of pounds in their house to work-out with and sense I don?t have either of them and I personally don?t like using weights I do other means necessary to achieve my goals"
if thats the issue, use what you have at home. chinups or pullups off a high bar wrapped with a towel to make it thicker will hit your forearms as well as your back. or, toss 2 towels over a beam, grasping the ends, and just hold for time. find rocks to carry using just your hands. walk with heavy buckets in each hand. make the handles thicker to hit the forearms harder. fill a bucket with rice or sand, stick your hand in and open/close your fingers. use your imagination, the possibilities are endless!
got endless possibilites?got ____?

If your really serious about not using any weights and getting as ripped as you can go for it.It might be hard to hit 150 without some weights unless youve got a growth spurt left in you. As far as functional goes, yes you will be strong for 130 but with some weight work and your farm work you could see a big difference.

you said you lift hay and ****, and work with what you have.
tell me what the difference is between a 10kg bundle of hay and a 10kg weight.
besides the fact that one is hay and the other is metal. both weigh the same.
so you can waste your time wrestling cows and what-not, building massive contraptions to benchpress your hay or creating dumbells the size of houses trying to lift hay.. but at the end of the day you are doing the EXACT same thing.
so stop being such a stubborn idiot and buy yourself some weights. if you know what you are doing you wont hurt yourself, plus if you are that concerned about your joints there are things you can take to help strengthen them and keep them healthy all the while you reap massive gains compared to your hay lifting routine. mmmmmmk?

"Thumbless" pullups are a good forearm exercise but it uses your body as weight. There's no avoiding weights and gravity whatever you do.

I think his real resistance to weights is the fact that he's embarassed by how small the weights he can lift are.
Guess what?!?!?!?! Being HYOOGE isn't that great! Most girls think it's gross, and most normal guys think it's overcompensating for something... But you go ahead and keep on bulking at 15% bodyfat, keep rowing untill your lats are so big you can't sit in a regular car seat, keep shrugging untill you don't have a neck anymore, have fun with it if you really enjoy it... But don't criticize and berate me because I lift for different reasons than you.

I'd hate to say it but none of you listen and your all going too deep into all of this I SAID END THIS and one of my friends had me find my max bench press and I BP 130lbs so yah I’m a weak little bitch your all right so just keep up all the sarcasm and I don’t care ill admit it I used to work out back in the day(2 years ago) and the teacher and a couple other kids told me I had excellent form but after awhile my joints started to hurt(elbows and shoulders mostly) and I had excellent form and I’m always eating/drinking things with essential vitamins(calcium protein and almost anything you can think of) I’ve just had a change of heart over the couple of years and so didn’t my friend that had me find my max BP.

Why do you guys care the way he works out? I see nothing wrong with what he wants to do. I actually prefer using bodyweight as often as i can.

Newspaper works
Hello:
You can work the forearms without weights by taking a sheet of your morning newspaper (one of the double page sheets). Grip a corner of the sheet in your fingers, and hold it at arm's length (arm parallel to the ground) with your palm facing downward. Then all you do is use your fingers to scrunch the sheet of newspaper up into a ball in the palm of your hand using your fingers and thumb to gather it up. You'll feel it in the forearms, and it's amazing the workout you can get from something as light and fragile as a piece of paper.
