    15 Yeras Old Almost 1 Year Transformation

    I started my journey at 85 kg. In january i had 62 kg but no muscle so i started to bulking and now i have 71 kg. Some opinions ?

    Let's say my maintenance calories are 2000. If i eat 2200 calories/day but i train hard and do cardio can i lose fat and gain muscle at the same time?

    So if i want shredded abs i need to lose fat but at the moment i need to bulk. So what can i do ? Should i let abs for summer of 2015 ?

    or if i bulk 5 days per week ( when i train ) and on weekends ( when i rest ) cut my carbs to 50g or so.. it is ok like that ? and on weekends i do cardio.

    Bulk now, shred next year. If I lifted at 15 I'd bulk until summer after senior year. Get all the gains possible while young. Cutting will just be a short stall
