TBT: Me (on the right, obviously, haha) in the mid 2000's when I was either very close to 500 lbs or even more than.
This is me last year at about this time:
And this is me just a few weeks ago, a still shot from a video of me flipping a 300lb tire. I am gracefully bowing to the almighty tire. ;D
