If someone works 40 hours a week, then 40 * 52 weeks per year = 2080 hours of work

2080 * 49.1 = $102.128

Inflation is not automatic, and is sometimes more or less than 2 or 3 percent. During the recent recession, there was even very short (a few months, i think) period of deflation.

Why would any business want to be in Seattle under these conditions in 50 years?

In the long run, companies only pay people what their labor is worth. The entry-level jobs in fast food and other service industries will cease to exist. Those workers will either be forced to take on additional responsibilities or they will be replaced with automation and fewer, better paid and better skilled workers. Those who can't take it to the next level will be forced out of the labor market entirely and will join the ranks of the welfare class.

Raising the minimum wage will actually INCREASE income inequality.

Meanwhile, those with enough money to invest in companies that specialize in automization of labor will profit.

People who earn minimum wage are usually young adults working with family or the working poor. Minimum wage isn't really a living wage - it's just for menial entry level jobs. Only the lazy/irresponsible try to live on minimum wage jobs throughout their adult lives.

You should be paid what your worth, and frankly, flipping burgers ain't worth anywhere near $15/hr. I have no sympathy for the people who have to live on it. There are so many chances to better yourself, whether you go to school or learn something by yourself, that anyone stuck living on minimum wage has no one to blame but themselves.

Except minimum wage employees don't make up anywhere close to enough of the economy to have any significant effect on inflation at all.

There are plenty of arguments against raising the minimum wage, but the inflation argument has been debunked for decades.
