Why does my right shoulder always hurt when I bench?

I'm repping 185, 195, 205, and 220 and my rigth shoulder hurts every time i bench. Is it my form or something? My left shoulder is fine...it doesn't hurt to the point where I can't bench. I can still do all the reps.
    Current Stats

    Bench Press: 225x5
ATG Squats: 205x8 (just started...I know it sucks but I can't increase it until my next bulk)
    Deadlifts: 315x5
    Rows: 185x8

    I rep back.

maybe your form is off, but if it hurts really bad, then see the doctor

dont tough it out, it usually just gets worse and becomes debilitating. Get the opinion of a qualified medical professional, hell probably suggest something along the lines of a joint support formula and stretching, maybe taking a week off. If that doesnt work you might need to try RICE (rest/ice/compression/elevation) and extended time off. A shoulder injury is EXTREMELY debilitating, limits you from effectively working your entire body, although this may be just a slight bearable pain now, dont let it develop into an injury.

Most likely your form or a rotator cuff injury. I had a similar case to tendonitis because of bad form.
