what are some good assistance work to squat and dead that can be use in barbells/dumbbells
I can't do glute ham raise or hyperextension in my gym because they don't have machine for that
they only have ab roll...
any thoughts ?

Its really going to depend on your personal weakness.
For me I do front squats 5x10 then mornings 3x8 barbell hip thrusts 3x10
Deadlifts
Chin ups 3x10 barbell rows 3x8 RDLs 3x10
These are my must do movements i usually do more but some days its all I can squeeze inCurrent -365/300/495
Goals 2015- 405/340/550
Heaviest Weight - 310
Current - 207
