Well, I didn't quite make it to my 1 year goal. I wanted to get down to 185 by May 1st but I'm stuck at 187 at the moment. I'm definitely not sweating that though. As you can see from the pics, I have done a hell of a job shedding the fat. The picture on the left in the first side by side, I was right around 245. I think I posted that pic once before in the past and said it was 227, but that was an error. In the second side by side (the front view), I was more like 227 in THAT pic, which was about 3 months into my cut. I know, I should have kept more accurate records, but I'm bad about that. At least I do have the pics...LOL. That's 58 lbs in a year and 10.1" off my waist!!! I know I could have probably done better, but I've been taking it slow and steady and enjoying my life along the way. I'm in no race to get to where I want to be. I think cutting so slow has allowed me to retain most of my muscle mass as well. I know I don't have a lot of it, but I think I will look pretty damn good once I get to 12%. If you have any questions on how I've gotten this far, ask away.
My plan now is to continue cutting throughout the summer and get down to 10-12% BF. Once I get there, I will begin bulking through the winter. Where would y'all say my BF% is right now? Not that it matters. I'm just curious.
Thanks to all of you who have given my guidance thus far.

Thanks brothers! Yeah, I was thinkin my guesstimate of 15% was a little in the clouds. I'm happy with where I am regardless of BF%. I look a hell of a lot better than I did before!

Where would y'all say my BF% started out at? High 30s. I was saying 20s back then...LMAO. Head in the clouds again. It's crazy how much you can lie to yourself when over weight.

I did some calculating and I think my next goal will be 170 Lbs. I will re-evaluate once I reach that goal. 17 Lbs shouldn't be too terrible to lose.

Good job man. Going to be interesting to see what 10-12% looks like, seems you have managed to keep a pretty decent base of lean mass.
