STFU, quit making TX look retarded u fuk.
If this happened in TX he would still be found guilty.
This is just liek that one ******* who went to his neighbors with a gun over a noise complaint and ended up killing a guy in "self defense"
With self defense you have to be in fear of your safety or some chit but if you CREATE a situation which puts yourself into danger or where you fear for your safety, how can you arguably use that defense?
There was another case where some dude baited a robber by leaving his garage open and putting a purse in there. He set up motion sensors to alert him and when it went off, he fired blindly into the garage and killed the guy. I believe it hasnt gone to trial yet, but hopefully that ******* and this ******* can share a cell.

Well the intruders obviously deserved to be shots, especially regardless of them being "teens", Idk why people keep pointing out the fact that they are teens like that should change something. When someone breaks into your house you don't stop to ask them for their age and ID.(not that it matter how old they are)
Secondly, I can't really sympathize for the kids that broke in, There's a chance they were going to die anyways even if the old man didn't go overkill on them(they DID deserve to be shot, but just not that many times.), They were clearly in the wrong and put them selves into that situation without considering the consequences.
Lastly the old man deserves what he got too, He's a bit ****ed in the head to go as far as he did and not to call 911 immediately.Sometimes when I say "I'm okay" what I really want is for someone to hold my hand, look at me in the eyes and say "I know you're not okay, Here's $1000.00" - Mattelaire

But that's the thing, It's irrelevant in this situation because it's an old man who would have to take out two teens. The odds are against him, And that's just assuming they aren't armed(which most buglers would be).
And what's with the grudge against manlets? Did a manlet steal your 10/10 hbb?Last edited by Speys; 05-02-2014 at 02:02 AM.

The guy is psychotic as fk, but that can happen when you don't feel safe and secure in your own home (11 fking buglaries?!). Not defending his actions, just stating what may have led to him going off of his rocker. Him having set up security for US embassies shows he has had to think long and hard about many types of threats in his life, and yet some teens keep breaking into his home and the police won't do anything? Yeah ok.
Now, on that, those kids deserved to be shot. Who the fk breaks into their neighbors home, not just once, but 11 fking times. Maybe the guy should have had better aim, or kept shooting without pausing. Oh, and you know, call the police after he shot the first guy.

There would likely be police reports. I'm not going to dig them up though.
Court documents that were not allowed as evidence showed Brady had broken into Smith's house and garage before. Brady and Kifer were also linked to another burglary the day before they were killed; stolen prescription drugs were found in the car they were driving.
Judge Douglas Anderson excluded evidence about the teens' histories from the trial as irrelevant.

His neighbor confirmed the number of break ins. He only reported one incident to police though. In that case, they stole/caused over $42,000 in damage to his property. Included in the loss was his father's gold watch which he received after spending time as a POW in WWII and his own service medals from his time in Vietnam.
He actually had befriended the kids and their friends the summer beforehand. Hired them to do work on his property. They stole from him then and he didn't rehire them the following year. That's when the problems began.
