that's insane though, I go to 4 different gyms regularly and the most I've ever seen someone do with 3 plates was 12 reps. You beat that by a long shot

He didn't do 32 straight reps. He was doing sets of 8. Still crazy though.



OP you really really really need to cut. The fact that you aren't yet Is ridiculous. You have to stop making excuses. You will be a beast when you cut.

I am pretty sure you are frauding hard as hell on the overhead press. My best is 205x2 atm but still can crank out 365 on the bench. I'm positive as HIV that you are that there.

I don't fraud, you'll see soon enough when i record a shoulder workout. When I was 14 and just started lifting I easy repped 135 x 8 first time I tried
