I am excited about tomorrows weigh in. I usually weigh in on Wednesday mornings, but im going to start wed/sat mornings.

On a side note: I have started taking higher doses/applying: zinc, vitamin c, gelatin, topical vitamin a,c,e (3x a day) and making sure I get in 2 gallons of water a day. Keeping that skin healthy since im losing 2.5lbs/week average and need tight skin to compete in physique. Plan to keep those supplements/oils in my diet/application for minimum 6 months. 2.5 weeks left on psmf then moving to a more modest diet where I plan to lose 1lb/week until I reach sub 10% bodyfat.

Stepped on the scale at 216.0 today. Down another 2 lbs. I had told myself long ago that I would set a goal of getting down to 205 or 10% body fat, neither of which I actually thought possible. Not anymore! Oh, and to beat all, I think I weigh less than my ex-wife now!!!!!!! LIFE IS GREAT!

I told the guy that I use as a trainer/knowledge base today that I am realllllllly close to going the other way and possibly trying to do a slow clean bulk.... brought a big ole' smile to his face!

Had a great chest/tri workout today/yesterday ( its just after midnight now...) even while dodging the camera crew doing another photo shoot at the gym. Somedays I have to completely rethink my workout. I know what I want to do and walk in to find lights and extra people all over the place..... shift to plan B.
OBF 2014 Winter Transformation Challenge 4th Place finish...

Can't think of a good quote to put here.....

came in at 204.6 this morning, down from 207.2 a week ago. really solid progress so far this month - I've been super focused, locked in to my caloric goals. after 2 months of tracking everything and following a plan, it seems something is now starting to really click.

also, waist went down a full inch, and bfat% went down from 20.7 to 18.7. much faster progress than i hoped. I will probably adjust my intake but not until I'm under 200 lbs.

    p.s. I haven't been under 200 since 2003... this month ROCKS.
    March 1st - August 31st cut:

    March 1: 217 | March 8: 215.6 | March 15: 212.8 | March 22: 214.2 | March 29: 210.8 <--- down 6.2 lbs
    April 5: xxx | April 12: 211 | April 19: 209.4 | April 26: 209.2 <--- down 1.6 lbs
    May 3: 207.2 | May 10: 204.6 | May 17: 202.2 | May 22: 199.4 | May 31: 202.8 <--- down 6.4 lbs
    June 7: xxx | June 14: xxx | June 21: xxx | June 28: xxx

    ultimate goal: 180lbs, 10% bfat

Down 2 pounds this week & everything is running smoothly.

Curious if anyone else is on a 5X5 (SL or ICF)? If so do you switch to a 3X5 when cutting? Lifts are still going good at this point, but during a 12 week cut I'm sure I'm in for some struggles.

weigh-in: 127.5 lbs and my abdomen is tightening up again... got in 2 full body workouts and a few cardio sessions.

send your weights to jbreaithwaite via private message and he will add them to the spreadsheet.

looks like he lucked out with the loose skin, but yeah, you can definitely lose more than 2 lbs per week at that starting weight, plus he might have been bloated with a bit of water weight at the start of that comp.

I weighed in at 175.2 this morning. Started at 180 but this was after a "cheat day" on May 1st. This week I have been pretty inconsistent in hitting macros. My goal is 2200 calories but have been averaging 2200-2400 today. However, last night I was at about 3000. This week I really want to start being more consistent at hitting the 2200 calorie mark. Good job everyone, it is easy to slip up and lose sight of the goal, but I keep telling myself "Give everything you got for 12 weeks, just 12 weeks!" Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Weighed in today at 228.3 and 27.6% BF. Kind of surprised I went down. Even though the whole week went well I splurged last night while watching the Hawks blow their 2 game lead. At least there's some good news.

SO, with me diet my weight fluctuations by a good +/- 5 lbs due to going from extreme states of being glycogen super compensated (overly full) to being come glycogen depleted. Last Wednesday I weighed 184 (completely depleted) today (not completely depleted, not completely full) I weighed 184. SO, what does this tell me? I still am holding water/glycogen but I have lost fat. I weighed 187 the day after my carb up. I think by Wednesday (fully depleted) I will weigh around 180-181 (atleast that's what I am aiming for).

I'm 124 this morning so down 1# from last week. It's not much, but considering I've been pretty stalled for a couple weeks, this is good news.

Ugh. Weighed in at 159.6 this morning.

If being 3 lbs heavier than I was in January isn't motivation, I don't know what is. Let's get it!

Weighed in 174.1 so Im pretty much maintenting which is what I want for the moment. Want to nail this TDEE down as accurately as possible. Every time I look in the mirror and see all these veins running down my arms and seeing parts of my Bicep Veins wants me to cut down this last 10-15 lbs but I don't want to just go back to yo-yoing. The train of thought was a first lean bulk could break this yoyo proccess. Thoughts?

Yes, thanks! I've reduced my cals to what you recommended. Still keeping my protein > 100g but upped the fats a bit.

No need to keep protein so high. You could enjoy other foods unless you just love the protein for your discretionary calories.

Glad to see everyone going strong. I ended up losing 1.3 lbs this week. Would've liked a bit more but I'll gladly take it as long as the scale keeps going down

Just pulled into gym for upper. Going to update later when I get back. Might have a refeed today by bumping cals +500 and eating mostly carbs. 7 weeks in at less than 120g carbs with a physical job is starting to catch up!

Coming in at 212 today. Happy with that since we are still trying to recover from the flooding down here in Florida. Did not lift a single day this week, but I did manage to play basketball twice.
