i was wondering if bone structure of say my wrists affects my bodybyuilding strategy...i am obviously an endo with soft body and wide hips with fat building in my butt and not stomache. i was wondering maybe im an ecto skeleton with endo fat... how would that affect my training. i believed that most endos have huge bone structures, from what i can see from all the big fat people thaks for any help. i am trying to determine how best to train.
peace, good luck to all!

i have 6 1/2 inch wrist........
You have to love bodybuilding so much that you'll concentrate on a movement with enough intensity to actually convince yourself that the muscle is visibly growing with every repetition. As you pump and squeeze, you can feel it, you can see it, and you don't want to stop.

i went to my doctor and he said my ng/dl of testosterone was 630 or something. isnt that really low for an 18 year old male?
ive been working out since 8th grade. i get at least 200g of protein a day, workout hard, once every 4 days or so, to allow recovery time. i eat easily over 3000cals a day. my question is is my test low and can i get legal steroid supplementation? or is it something else? i still cant bench press more than 100lbs, if that.
start rant:
my wrists are tiny, 4inches in circumference. my hips are huge, bigger than any guys i know, and in contrast to my wrists looks REALY ****ed up. my shoulders are about the same width as my hips. i have no V shape to speak of. i have next to no facial hair and a rather high voice, no adams apple to speak of. im 19 years old now, and everyday that i live the bodybuilding lifestyle hurts me more and more. im obessive, and i cant stop checking out others physiques everwhere i go, and how i feel shafted genetically. i feel im doing everything so well, and even if not, how does everyone around me who doesnt workout ever or eat right at all have naturally curvy, muscled bodies that i know with some work they could look amazing.
/end rant
is it possible that im one of the 1 in 1000's that i feel I am that needs supplementational testosterone at such a low age?
thanks again
