I'm beginning to model this summer and I want to get down to at least 10% bodyfat. Currently, I go to the gym every other day and train different sections of my body, i.e. upperd maintai body, lower, and then abs, in a circuit training fashion. I keep my rep ranges between 4 and 9 reps, and do a minimum of two circuits per section. I do HIIT cardio everyday, while maintaining a 1g protein/lb of bodyweight and carb cycling nutrition regimen.
I am going to Jamaica this summer, but would love to go Australia. The girls/accents in Australia are amazing

My goals for this summer are finally reaching under the 200 lb mark. Currently 215, I'd love to go to Hawaii beach, however i'll have to enjoy Florida beach this summer.

My deepest apologies for the delays/my absence. Some earlier messages failed to send for a first round of loggers and I've been in hiatus swamped for the past week. It is obvious we didn't hit our desire of 30 loggers (seems when some are available others arent, and waiting has made some no longer available)

This is STILL going to run, even with the smaller amount of applicants, just in waves to allow more people to jump in when they are available.
