My goal is to get to 15% bodyfat this summer - a record low for me for the first time in forever.

I will also be spending some time at the beaches in tel aviv so I'd like to feel as good about myself as possible!!!

I'll give it a shot, hopefully I'll get to relax a bit this summer, I'm an elementary school teacher and with summer right around the corner I'm chomping at the bit here! My goal is to be around 180 lbs by July. Sitting around 200 lbs right now. Just bought a house so I'm sure there'll be a ton of work to do there! Maybe get a pool in the backyard soon!?

How long til your current log is finished?

Will be logging for a good month and a half ive recently changed my diet and started working out and have lost 40 lbs over the last few months i workout 6 days a week a total of 9 mile walk and 9 mile jog mon thurs arms tue legs back wed sat chest every day I do at least 300 crunches my goal is to get a 6 pack I know its alot of work but but I know I got it in me
