Hey guys
Thanks so much for your positive feedback, it really means alot. Motivates me to keep at it
In the before photos I was about 82kg-83kg
I am now about 77kg-78kg
Last year my first real cut I got from about 82kg to 76kg in a few months by just doing my own program and doing slow conventional cardio for 30-40 mins 5-6 days per week and dieting at about 2000 calories, (worked out maintenance for me is about 2500) at that time
Tried to bulk after that but i gained crap loads of fat ( those photos I posted as you can see ) so I made a mistake there
I wanted to try something different. I just looked up some cutting programs and wanted to burn as much fat as fast as possible because it was coming to winter time and I wanted to clean bulk before summer ( in Oz )
So starting mid Jan 2014, I tried Jim Stoppani 6 week short-cut to shred. Did 2 cycles of that. Followed the training and diet ( just not the supplements dont need that many )
So basically I trained 6 days a week with lots of HIIT. Burned a lot of fat very fast, ( and I think I gained a little more muscle ) but it was very intense hard work
This is my second real cut and Im looking bigger and more vascular then my first cut
