Yes. I bought this almost two years ago, and back then I was stuck benching 165 with serious pain... now I'm around 275 and zero issues. It takes a couple session for your wrists stablizers to adapt, but after that, it feels much more natural than using a straight bar.

I do use interchangeably for OHP, you just have to tilt your head back a little more to not hit yourself, but it's fine. For some reason I don't have shoulder issues with OHP, just bench.

I also use it for hammer curls, front raises, and skullcrushers.

Bench is always the worst for me too, I've often given up on bench for periods of time because of shoulder pain (even dumbells are bad). This sounds good though- think I'll buy one. ty

I rarely post, but holy f**k brahs, I had to share this. Any nasal allergy brahs, stuffy nose brahs, or want-to-improve-sense-of-smell brahs have to buy this!



Looks weird as sh*t, but I can actually say that this has significantly improved comfort in sleep and general breathing for me. I'm a seasonal allergy and generally stuffed nose brah, but symptoms are almost gone now. You feel the difference immediately after the first try, and only gets better with time.

Use it once daily, cheap as fu*k, and it's not a time consuming habit, takes 30 seconds or less out of my day.

Just use it, then wait 15-30 seconds, and blow your nose.

Recommended for everyone.

I just use a neti pot, cheap and lasts forever.

Price depends on size. The one I just bought was $21 (Lowe's). But smaller ones were in the $10s and the most expensive was like $41 (no thanks)

Nah neti pots are all you need, they are cheap, time-tested and work great once you know how to use them. Those newfangled products are pretty pointless, it's all just marketing.

So I posted earlier about glass shaker bottles. I have found an even better option.

The glass ones were kinda annoying because they were smaller size (16oz) and had rubber O rings to seal the top to the glass, which would fall out every time in the dish washer. After 2 weeks of using these steel shaker bottles I can safely say I won't buy a different one for the foreseeable future.

Still 0 leaks. I looked at the cap and it has a rubber 0 ring stuck inside, so as long as you tighten it down it won't leak. Also there's still 0 lingering deadly protein smell.

I have to say this one of the best tools for eating clean, especially when you work a lot. I usually live off of chicken breast, turkey patties, and fish, but I don't like having to stand next to a stove to cook it. With this bad boy I can just toss the meat in, put some seasoning on, set a timer, and go watch tv. Rinse and repeat until I have my meals cooked for the week. Best $50 I've ever spent imo
