i plan on taking a month off due to a shoulder problem and arthritis/craping issues in my hands and forearms hoping the time off will help. I have been bulking for half a year now and i guess will go on a cut for a month only i wont be lifting weights not even going light, just doing cardio, i want to minimize the use of my arms. So how much should i expect to lose?
One month is a very short amount of time compared to the shoulder injuries I've had lol. The rule I like to use is for every 2 weeks you're out it will take 1 week to get back to that level. This varies between different people however, but definitely not long for you.
Also do shoulder work, not like OHP but RC stuff and stretches
