Tips/Workout plan on losing weight and getting lean in University?
I'm about to head back to university in May and was wondering if someone could give me some tips.
I am 20 years old, 5'8 and weigh 200 lbs. My goal is to lose weight and get a nice lean look. Are there any plans that you guys would recommend? I looked at the Lee Labrada 12 week trainer and it looks awesome, but the only thing is that I won't have access to the gym on most weekends - I'll only be able to go from monday-friday.
