on arm day i do 3-4 exercises for triceps and biceps so 8 total and i like to rotate between a bicep and tricep exercise instead of just doing all for one then go to the other and i was just wondering how much of a diff it makes. like if you are giving one muscle group time to relAX in-between exercises isnt that better since you could prob be stronger on your lifts or is that not true
