    Should I compete in power lifting competitions?

    15, freshman, 6'3, 197, body fat is probably somewhere around 18% but idk. Bench:240 squat:400... I know it's not that believable but my stats are legit, I wouldn't give fake stats and expect a legit answer. Also I'd like supplement suggestions, thanks.

    I said it's not believable because my arms look really small, not because I think I'm some kind of freak of nature.

    i say go ahead and try it! I mean i was benching 240 when i was 15 weighing 150, but your squat is really good for your height and age

    If you want to then yes, there are no minimum lifting restrictions, if you can lift the bar then go for it. If you enjoy it then do it again if not then don't.
    Squat: 202.5kg | 446lbs
    Bench: 125kg | 275lbs
    Deadlift: 235kg | 518lbs
