I go on Scott Herman's website just to see how to do the exercises right. Lettuce be real, if he wanted to gain muscle, he would have done it a long time ago. He is like a strength and conditioning coach.

I've watched some of his videos. He seems to give out good information. He looks great. If you are natty you get to a point where your physique stops making big developments. I am sure he has made gains in the past 4 years, they just aren't very noticeable. You can't just keep gaining and gaining.
