I have resigned to putting a knot in my bands to give me more resistance. Even with only 70 lbs on the bar I was working pretty hard. The bar got wobbly on a couple of reps towards the end which I will chalk up to being tired and losing form. I did not have a spotter so I didnt put much weight on the bar for floor presses.POWERLIFTING TRAINING JOURNAL
