I do not disagree on the camper statement. I will only be pulling mine out of the driveway for the second and probably last time this year
Agree also about time on leg press. I know when I was running Y3T, I think 1 in 3 weeks did I use leg press and it was for 2 sets at 50+ reps each 'nuff for me.I'm back.......kinda.....sort of....

lol i did leg press on my last deployment for fun once. had the thing maxed at over a grand and had to have dudes stand on it to do a max 5 rep set. that should not happen. fcuk yeah quad dominance!

I made it through week two! My shoulders started feeling achy about halfway through my working sets. I put on some more Biofreeze and kept going. I struggled with the 2nd rep on some of the working sets and most of the 3rd reps just before lockout. Considering that I benched less than 24 hours before this I am not too upset.
My husband is off today which is rare lately so I didnt spend much time on legs. I was ready to get home.POWERLIFTING TRAINING JOURNAL

Probably cross threading here somewhere. Will only get camper out 2 times this year, maybe 3.
We knew this summer was extra busy with my trainings, but it sucks to look at something that you are paying for that provides so little in return. NEXT SUMMER!Journal- One of the Ogres

I cant keep track of what I posted where so post where ever you want.
It definitely sucks to know you are just throwing away money. We just cant seem to get out anymore lately. The last time we did it literally rained the whole time. I can stay indoors at home for free!POWERLIFTING TRAINING JOURNAL

Never quite understood camping in campers. Why not just get a hotel room then go walk in the woods? Not to be too obnoxious but if you can't cook on a camp fire, require shower and beds, perhaps camping is not the activity for you and yours
My wife doesn't share my sentiment but it seems silly to me. Unless of course you're staying for extended periods of time. Like a mobile summer home . that I can understand. The dumber people think you are, the more surprised they're going to be when you kill them. - William Clayton

We do take trips that last weeks at a time but normally it is just weekend trips. I like being outside but I have no desire to skip my showers. Having a camper is like having the best of both worlds.
Also it is good for my husband and I to go somewhere by ourselves with no cell phones, household chores, etc to distract us from just being together and having some fun.
Lol @ obnoxious. Opinions dont bother me. I have plenty of my own and I hardly expected everyone to agree with them.POWERLIFTING TRAINING JOURNAL

We typically go out for a week as the wife is a teacher. We do most of our cooking outside as propane creates a ton of water as a byproduct = lots of humidity in the trailer which is no good in my opinion. We just upgraded to a toy hauler so we can load the 4-wheelers, kayaks, canoe, mtn bikes etc with no worries about space, and it has a 20 gal fuel cell for the toys.
And we don't tend to go where there are hotels. From time to time we use the camper as a base camp and hike out and stay a night. Gen headed to the upper west edge of Glacier Park last week and we could not have even towed our hauler in. She slept in the Subaru as she didn't want the hassle of putting up a tent at midnight. We do what we need to do to enjoy ourselves.Journal- One of the Ogres

My wife is of the same chain of thought, I simply don't agree is all. Camping should be camping to me. Tent, stove, fishing poles ect.

Except for poison ivy
I have no idea where I will be when this is over! The final day of the program is 125x3x10. Theoretically that is 135x1. I am wondering if I should have used a higher increment in weight than 5 but being as I have never done this much bench volume I wanted to play it safe.POWERLIFTING TRAINING JOURNAL
