Don't know my exact stage weight but I'm assuming it was around 200lbs. I weighed 219 with thin workout pants, shoes, and a t shirt today. So I've gained 15-19lbs since last friday (4/18) with this rebound, and my diet was complete and utter ****, I've just been binging on fats and sugar all week.

Yeah, I went there the day it opened and I was there earlier today. I took this pic in the new locker room. Some employee came up to me and told me that I can't wear stringers so I told him that I'd be sure to never wear gym clothes to this pussy gym again. Had to finish my workout wearing a t shirt over that stringer. Pretty sure all the employees who have never touched a weight in their lives are just jealous of my aesthetics.

Not quite, most of the weight I gained was water and fat. I managed to incline DB bench 100s for 8 and 110s for 5, but I was doing 120s for 8 a few months ago.

Idk, probably 9 or 10%. I don't ever get higher than 10-12%

I know these feels, I hate it when you eat so much it's like your painfully stuffed in the stomach and you just want to lay down and that's it. Also when you look in the mirror it's like you have a baby belly / six pack going at the same time just like the HGH gut.
