Hello.I have 86kg,8%BF.I made some testings with digit scale and caliper and its says that i have 8%BF,but i have a lot of FAT?!I cant see abs and i have fat around belly and on back,and i hate it.Dunno if im skinny ****ing fat or whatever.IM eating good,4000kc and still cant gain weight but can gain fat.**** THIS LIFE,do any of you have some suggestion?!

Suggestion: stop worrying about the little details which don't matter such as your bodyfat PERCENTAGE because the only accurate way you'll ever find that out is in those buoyancy lab tests, electric scales are worthless

No? On that lab testings i have 44kg of muscle,7kg of fat,what do you think?

Your not even close to 8%.. Definitely 15+.. Bf monitors are so inaccurate.
