How does this Upper/Lower look for cutting?

    UPPER A
    Flat Bench Press 5x5
    BO ROW 5X5
    DB Shoulder Press 3x10
    Pullup 3x10
    Decline Press 2x8
    Triceps 2x8

    LOWER A
    Squats 5x5
    Hyperextension 3x10
    Farmers Walks
    Calf Raises 3x12
    Abs

    UPPER B
    OHP 5x5
    Weighted Pull-up 5x5
    Incline DB Bench 3x10
    BO Row 3x10
    BB Curl 3x10

    LOWER B
    Deadlifts 3x3
    Leg Press 4x10
    Farmer's Walk
    Calf Raises 3x12
    Abs

This plus I'm thinking of doing 20-30 minutes on the stairmaster on lower days to boost cardio endurance.

It's this program: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=1628631 with a couple of my adjustments. How does this look?

it'll probably be fine, provided you're able to recover
diet is more important when cutting

at 6ft 180lbs, you probably don't need to cut
    Goals:

    1.5 bw Bench
    2.0+ bw Squat
    2.5 bw Deadlift
    Gain 20 lbs

It will be 190 by the time I cut, and I'm sitting at like 15% bf or so, so I just want to drop my bf a little bit.

Ok I added in some hamstring work on the squat day. I was also thinking about adding 20 minutes of incline walking on the treadmill on the upper days, so that I can do a little fat burning without tiring my legs out before the lower days. Will this accomplish anything? A friend of mine is a college athlete and his lifting coach (former Alabama football lifting coach) recommends the walking so it will burn some fat without burning muscle. This could be broscience but this guy is a pretty famous coach.
