Hi. I've been cutting for the past 3 months and lost 21lbs so far. I am 5'10.5 and my starting weight was 195 and now I'm at 174. I go to the gym 4 days a week and lift for about 45 minutes and then do cardio for 10-15 minutes. I keep track of my calories on myfitnesspal so I eat about 1700 calories a day.
I noticed my stomach has gotten a lot smaller but my love handles are about the same size. I understand that this is the stubborn areas and I need to lose more fat to get rid of these suckers but looking at my pictures, what do you guys suggest?

So you guys don't think I should cut down my body fat percentage to get rid of those love handles before I bulk up? I am gaining strength still at the gym while cutting.
