Rest too long because of headache

Hi everybody. Long time lurker, not so active posting here.
I'm just gonna ask you guys if it's okay to take rest say 45minutes while working out because of headache?
Because yesterday i'm having a mild headache during the day and it got worse during my workout and i had to take some time resting and wait for the pain to kinda go away for a little bit.
I still done my sets with my regular weights even though the pain is really crucifying. Any thought of this?
