    Best weight Gainer

    Hello guys ,
    Im looking for a weight gainer that doesn't cause acne , dont know if it cause by sugar or high protein % .
    Could someone help me on this ?

    best weight gainer is food!!! but seriously if your worried about sugar then just increase your carbs, thats the best and easiest way to gain weight try and have like 100 grams of carbs with every meal ( 6 meals a day )

    Being you live overseas ordering a gainer will be VERY expensive, you would be better off eating more pasta, trail mix, granola, utilizing more nut butters, oil's, whole eggs, beef, steak etc to reach your caloric intake, and much cheaper.

    There are some gainers for sale here too , i have some problems in doing regulars meals and with my fast metabolism i cant win weight easily just eating .
    Don't u know a gainer that doesn't increase too much the acne appearence ?

    Caloric surplus is what you need
    Doesn't matter if it's from a gainer or other food sources.

    IMO they are usually to expensive to warrant the cost. It's always cheaper to make your own.
    Grab some whey, a carb source, and a fat source, and blend.

    If you cannot reach your daily calorie intake through food, then a home-made weight gainer will be your best bet.

    Things you can blend to create your own weight gainer: protein powder, milk, oats, peanut butter, fruits, oils, nuts, yogurt, cottage cheese(I haven't blended with this before but know people who have and like it).
    Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

    I would strive to get those extra calories from food sources. Try eating some calorie dense food such as peanut butter, nuts, oils, etc. Secondly I would opt to make my own weight gainer with whey, oats, milk and peanut butter.

    LOL at some of the food suggestions in here OP, as always, if you can, eat more food that are calorie densed. However, if you are pressed for time and rather go with the weight gainers route then that is fine as well.....

    Weight gain is all about being in a caloric surplus...whole foods is obviously the best choice...next up would be to make your own gainer..whey, pb, oats, ice cream..etc, if you're looking for the convenience of an ask in one shake than inner armour mass peak, hard mass gainer, universal real gains, true mass are all solid options.
