Im looking for a weight gainer that doesn't cause acne , dont know if it cause by sugar or high protein % .
Could someone help me on this ?

If you cannot reach your daily calorie intake through food, then a home-made weight gainer will be your best bet.
Things you can blend to create your own weight gainer: protein powder, milk, oats, peanut butter, fruits, oils, nuts, yogurt, cottage cheese(I haven't blended with this before but know people who have and like it).Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

I would strive to get those extra calories from food sources. Try eating some calorie dense food such as peanut butter, nuts, oils, etc. Secondly I would opt to make my own weight gainer with whey, oats, milk and peanut butter.

never heard of gainers causing acne...
LOL at some of the food suggestions in here OP, as always, if you can, eat more food that are calorie densed. However, if you are pressed for time and rather go with the weight gainers route then that is fine as well.....

Weight gain is all about being in a caloric surplus...whole foods is obviously the best choice...next up would be to make your own gainer..whey, pb, oats, ice cream..etc, if you're looking for the convenience of an ask in one shake than inner armour mass peak, hard mass gainer, universal real gains, true mass are all solid options.
