For any extended endurance type of thing, I always recommend some intra-carbs. Glycofuse is a pretty tasty option.

After your workout (as well as before) make sure you're consuming enough calories

That's about all you can do! Lots of sleep is nice, but not essential if you're super busy imo.

Intra-workouts carbs such as Gaspari Glycofuse or Karbion would help you with endurance during your physical activity. If you're looking for recovery afterwards I'd look at BCAA's.

Our product is RSP ReGen which offers a full branch chain matrix and has great reviews.

Others I'd recommend are Scivation Xtend, and Core ABC.

PS- Sleep and Food will help more than anything

OP, if you're swimming I'm not sure how any intra-workout is going to help...kind of hard to sip on something in the middle of a lake or ocean.

For endurance, best bet is plenty of pre-workout complex carbs.

For recovery, like others have said...proper diet & rest.

Basically what everyone else has said. Maybe some citrulline malate as well if you're experiencing DOMS.

was on swim team in high school...

you burn so many calories that you don't need to worry about much after wards... just ****ing eat and take a nap.

my go-to was a double cheese burger and protein shake followed by laying on the couch for 20-30 min. (srs)

Getting enough rest is important, but recovery supplements can definitely be helpful. I take actigin for endurance, helps my performance and I've read good things about it for swimmers, runners, etc. Also helps with recovery.
