To be specific, I'm going to miss out on a lot of sleep tonight and may only be able to get a couple hours in. Unfortunately.
Could this effect my ketosis adaptation any? I normally get 7-10 hours so this is a rare event for me.

Not necessarily. I will lower your leptin and raise your ghrelin levels and hence make you more prone to eating. If you also have a lot of stres and demanding tasks it will be hard to keep eating within plans.
But there is little direct interaction between keto-adaption and sleep paterns. Which I guess is your real question.
Take 3 g of glycine if you can. Or 20 g of gelatine.
The glycine will make for more effective sleep and make the short sleep affect you less.Eddie Izzard for Mayor!!!!
