    I dieted the wrong way for the first 6 months because I was so concerned with losing weight, I just didn't give a you-know-what. Then I really got into bodybuilding and learned a ton more than I did back then. I lost 50 lbs in 6 months and probably was eating 1000-1400 calories or maybe even less. I keep switching from bulking and cutting because I'm really not sure what I should do at this point, but my ultimate goal is to get to 200 lbs at under 10% BF. By next summer I might be able to do it.

    Looks like you have a lot of muscle. I would cut.

    Thanks guys I appreciate it. The worst part is having to buy all new clothes that fit! I got rid of all my XXL shirts, and now my XL shirts are beginning to be too big! Weight loss is expensive!
