Started this cut January 15th, 2014 and the plan is to get down to sub 10% body fat and possibly doing a show. Started out at 220 lbs. and I'm down to 186 lbs. Have a lot of fat left to lose and wonder what my BF % is right now and how much more I will need to lose to get sub 10%. First pic was taken 1/15/14 then each pic taken about 1 month after that up until 4/10/14 is the last pic taken. Let me know what % body fat you think I am. Thanks

I've been like that for a while. Worked out off and on my whole life but never for me than a few mos at a time then I would take a year off and I always say I will stay with it longer and never do. I jut decided after eating whatever I wanted and drinking adult beverages on the reg I needed to change so won't stop cutting til I'm happy with how I look

About 2500 calories was my TDEE so I started the cut on 2000 cals while only lifting 4 days a week. I have a desk job so unless I get out and exercise I'm sedentary unless u count lifting a stapler as exercise now as of recently I have picked up playing racquetball some and I have been doing cardio a few times a week
