    Question Universal Animal Stak Questions

    Whats up guy lately ive hit a plateu on my training and would like to gain some more size and been thinking about an extra supplement soo here is where im asking for advice or insight from personal experience specially about Animal Stak anabolic support, what are side effect and actual changes from it any info regarding this product il appreciate and take into concern. Im 28 years old 5"7 170lbs...Thanks in advance

    My diet ain't the greatest lets say 50/50 crappy vs clean foods i feel i can get away with it since im a real hardgainer

    You are plateuing because of your diet and probably programming, not because your lack of supplements.
    You aren't a hard gainer you just don't eat enough calories.

    A good training program and a lot of quality food is the most important thing brother.

    Combined with that, Stak is a great addition to a supplement program. Noticeable size and strength gain should be expected. I got a little acne during one of my first few cans, but ever since then, that hasn't been a problem. Stak is by far my favorite supplement because it always delivers.

    I get that alot but sometimes theres soo much u can eat lol i wish i can eat all day non stop cus i have a goal weight i wanna hit but i gotta give that a shot aswell

    Unless you have a metabolic disorder or walk 10 miles a day to work/school I doubt that your calorie requirements are excessive. Put your stats in a daily calorie requirement calculator and see what comes out based on your activity levels.
